• We do not refund Personalised items under any circumstances as unfortunately we cannot unpick and re sell.
• We would only exchange items following our error or fault.
• Once an order is placed you will have a 1-2 working day cancellation time. After this time has passed you will not be entitled to cancel your order as this will be in production. In cases where we are processing orders quicker than usual it may be that no cancellation is accepted.
• All queries in relation to any aspect of the product needs to be disputed within 14 days of the delivery date. This includes sizes and personalisation.
• No products are exchangeable after 30 days of the delivery date. Under any circumstances.

Shipping Policy
Shipping is by Royal Mail First class and should be within 3-5 days unless otherwise stated.
Next day postage is also available (made and posted first class within 24hrs)
How to care for your pjs.
All our Pyjamas come without wash labels as we find it annoys more than are appreciated!
As is always advised with dark colours the first wash for the garments should be on their own on a cool cycle. Initial wash advice is as stated below.
- Wash at 30 or less
- Please do not tumble dry
